Order Processing All orders placed on buy4lyf are fulfilled through our third-party fulfillment partner, Dropship India, operated by Rashanbox Retail Private Limited.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding national public holidays.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are usually processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During major sale events or peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Once your order is processed and handed over to the courier partner, you will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information.

Delivery Timelines We offer fast, pan-India delivery. Delivery timelines vary based on your location:

  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days after processing.

  • Tier-2 / Tier-3 Cities: 5–7 business days after processing.

  • Rural / Remote Areas: 7–10 business days after processing.

Please note: These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier capacity, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical delays.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • An email confirmation containing your tracking number and the courier's name.

  • An SMS notification to your registered mobile number.

You can track your order directly on the courier partner's official website using the provided tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active on the courier’s portal. If you have issues tracking your order, please contact us at store.buy4lyf@gmail.com with your Order ID.

Shipping Costs and Taxes All prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Liability for Delivery Please note that buy4lyf does not directly handle the manufacturing, packaging, or direct shipping of your products. These services are provided by third-party merchants via Dropship India.

Therefore, once the product is transferred to the courier partner, title and risk of loss pass to you. buy4lyf accepts no liability for delays, damage, or loss caused during transit by the shipping carriers or events outside our control.
